How does sponsorship work?
Our sponsorships are designed to make supporting the Cochise APT simple. Once you select your sponsorship level, you will receive a list of the deadlines for print and live advertising from your sponsorship coordinator. You provide the artwork (for print ads) and/or copy (for live ads), and we take it from there!
Can I attend the event?
Certainly – we love to have sponsors join us at the Bash! You can purchase individual dinner tickets online, or if your sponsorship includes dinner tickets, simply let us know the names of the people who will be representing your organization at the event.
Sponsorship Levels
Platinum Sponsor – $2,500
• Ten reserved seats at the sponsors’ table the night of the event
• One 30-second live ad during the event (you provide the ad copy)
• One full page ad in the auction program (you provide the artwork)
• Sponsorship mention on all attendee name tags
• Check-in / out table signage
• Live mention as a sponsor during the event
• Special mention as a sponsor in auction program
Gold Sponsor – $1,000
• Four reserved seats at the sponsors’ table the night of the event
• One 30-second live ad during the event (you provide the ad copy)
• One half-page ad in the auction program (you provide the artwork)
• Check-in / out table signage
• Live mention as a sponsor during the event
• Special mention as a sponsor in auction program
Silver Sponsor – $500
• Two reserved seats at the sponsors’ table the night of the event
• One 15-second live ad during the event (you provide the ad copy)
• One half-page ad in the auction program (you provide the artwork)
• Check-in / out table signage
• Live mention as a sponsor during the event
• Special mention as a sponsor in auction program
Bobcat Paw’tner – $250
• One half-page ad in the auction program (you provide the artwork)
• Check-in / out table signage
• Live mention as a sponsor during the event
• Special mention as a sponsor in auction program
