What is the Bobcat Bash?
Cochise Elementary APT’s Annual Bobcat Bash is an opportunity for parents and teachers to mingle in a festive atmosphere, while raising funds to support our on-campus programs. This adults-only evening event features both silent and live auctions, as well as a buffet dinner, dancing and raffles. The Bobcat Bash is the APT’s largest annual fundraiser.
How do I purchase tickets?
Traditionally, the Bash has offered open seating to all attendees. Open seating, as the name implies, means that seats are not reserved, and can be used by any and all attendees during the event. Open seating tickets cost $100 per couple ($50 per person) and include dinner and two (2) drink tickets (or one (1) raffle ticket) per couple.
This year, we are offering the possibility to purchase Reserved seating, so that you can ensure you’ve got a spot just for you all night. And, if you’d like, you can choose your tablemates, so that your gang of friends will enjoy the event together. Reserved seating tickets cost $125 per couple ($62.50 per person) and include dinner and two (2) drink tickets (or one (1) raffle ticket) per couple.
Please note, dinner tables seat 10. Reserved seating preferences will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

How can I help?
In-kind donations will be used in our silent and/or live auction, depending upon value. Past auctions have included all-inclusive vacation packages, sporting event luxury suites and/or exceptional experiences (meeting the players, ball boy/girl, etc.), jewelry, autographed sports memorabilia, free membership trials, gift cards and/or free passes to events, classes and local stores.
- Live auction donors receive featured mention in the auction program, print advertising at the event, and one 15-second live ad (you provide the ad copy) during the event.
- Silent auction donors receive mention in the auction program and on the auction table.
