It is that time of the year again. With the Bobcat Bash just around the corner, we need everybody’s help to go out into the community and get auction items donated. The signup below has the auction items that were donated by various vendors in the past, along with some new suggestions and miscellaneous spots to add some of your own as well. If there are other vendors that you can tap into as a donation resource and are not on this list, please go get them. The more the merrier. There are spots on the Signup Genius just for that. Also, maybe you have some new items, tickets, etc. sitting around that you can donate. Remember its a tax write-off!!!
Many of these places are ones that you frequent often. The next time you go in to grab a cup of joe, ask the local coffee house if they’ll give us a gift card or a bag of coffee beans. Or maybe when you go to your favorite yoga studio, you could ask for a donation or gift basket of some kind. Maybe you have a week at your cabin or timeshare to give. We will take it all. We will never turn down a donation. Once we have all of the donated auction items, we will put them together in a larger package, if needed.

Help our Cochise Garden Grow!
Farmyard, a local organic farm, offers school gardens a way to raise money through their CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Garden Give Back Program for Schools. Parents simply sign up for a 10 Week Produce Basket Subscription and Farmyard will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Cochise garden. All of their produce is grown using organic practices at their urban micro-farms located in Phoenix and Scottsdale.
A half share comes to $275 for the 10 weeks. They also offer full and family sizes. *We do need a minimum of 5 families to sign up.
A sample half share (from last week):
4 oranges, 5oz bag salad mix or arugula, 1 bunch carrots, 1 bunch Kale, 5oz bag Spinach, 1 head Garlic, 1 head Broccoli. Fruit will be included about 75% of the time.
Delivery ends April 25th (no delivery Feb 28th and March 7th). The baskets will be delivered to school (near the front office) Tuesdays around 2 pm. Any baskets not picked up by 3:45, will be donated to school staff.
